Text Messaging Terms
Last updated June 17, 2026
These Text Messaging Terms apply to the SMS and text message program operated by Flatiron Networks, Inc. ("Flatiron Networks," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in, you agree to these Text Messaging Terms.
Messages you may receive
You may receive text messages related to:
- Customer care and support, including responses to your questions and follow-ups on service requests;
- Account and service notifications, such as outage alerts, billing and invoice notices, and appointment or installation reminders; and
- Security and account verification messages, including one-time passcodes used to confirm your identity.
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.
How you opt in
We send text messages only to customers and authorized contacts who have provided their mobile phone number to us in the course of establishing or maintaining a business relationship with Flatiron Networks, for example during account setup, a service agreement, or a support request. By opting in for these purposes, you consent to receive the types of messages described above.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies and depends on your account activity and your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and your plan. Flatiron Networks does not charge for the text messages it sends, but your carrier's standard rates will apply. Your mobile carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to opt out
You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message, and you will not receive further texts unless you opt back in. Please note that opting out may prevent you from receiving security and account verification messages, including one-time passcodes.
