Business Starter
Custom business email, video meetings for up to 100 participants, and 30 GB of pooled storage per user. Best for small teams that just need professional email and the core collaboration apps.
Business Standard
Everything in Starter plus 2 TB of pooled storage per user, 150-participant meetings with recording, and noise cancellation. The default choice for most growing businesses.
Business Plus
Everything in Standard plus 5 TB of pooled storage per user, 500-participant meetings with attendance tracking, Vault retention and eDiscovery, and advanced endpoint management.
Enterprise
For regulated industries and large organizations. Standard and Plus tiers offer full Workspace at scale with Vault eDiscovery, DLP controls, Cloud Identity Premium, and meetings up to 1,000 participants. Essentials editions cover collaboration-only deployments without Gmail.
Frontline Starter
Built for retail, manufacturing, hospitality, and field-service teams who don't sit at a desk. Custom business email, video meetings, and the core collaboration apps with admin controls. Smaller storage footprint reflects shared and shift-based access patterns.

Higher Gemini usage limits across Workspace, NotebookLM Enterprise, and access to advanced models for teams that have outgrown the Gemini allowance included in their core Workspace edition.
Pin Workspace data at rest to the United States or Europe to satisfy data-residency policies. Available on Enterprise Standard and Plus.
Pooled storage capacity beyond the per-edition included quota. Sold in 100 GB, 1 TB, and 10 TB units; pool can be shared across all users in the tenant.
Preserve a former employee's mailbox, files, and Vault history at a reduced rate so the data stays searchable and recoverable without paying for a full Workspace seat.
