Flatiron Networks is an IT consulting, hardware sales, and software development company. In our Enterprise Sales division, we specialize in IT hardware sales and consulting. We help our customers design, implement, and refresh their datacenters and offices.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Full-Time Enterprise Sales representative with experience servicing enterprise and defense customers. You will work on:
- Servers, storage, networking, wireless, workstations
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Build long-term client relationships
- Partner with engineering to design customer solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline data
Must Have
- 2+ years of B2B technology sales experience (IT infrastructure, hardware, or managed services preferred)
- Proven track record closing deals with IT decision-makers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-directed with disciplined pipeline management
- Willingness to earn vendor certifications (training provided)
Nice to have
- Existing relationships with enterprise or federal/defense customers
- Experience selling major vendor lines (Cisco, HPE, Dell, Lenovo, Aruba)
- Federal contracting experience (GSA Schedule, SEWP, or similar)
- Prior role at a VAR, solution provider, or systems integrator
- Familiarity with IT distribution (Ingram Micro, TD SYNNEX, Arrow)
